In the APP you can first select a project and then a drawing for this project. You can place elements such as red dots directly on the drawing. In a fire safety advice, for example, red dots elements, such as fire alarm, smoke alarm, etc. can be placed on a drawing. In the detail information of the red dots, you can select a default element name or enter a text for an element name or enter text to indicate the purpose of the red dot, for example work to do, specific information, etc. Photos can also be added and internal and/or external information can be entered. Instead of opting for a standard overview drawing, construction drawing etc., you can also take a photo, using the APP, and use this photo as a drawing where you can place red dots and per red dot can provide detailed information. Once all elements are placed on a drawing, you can have an internal and external PDF created from the APP. The PDF shows the drawing with the red dots and a detailed overview of all elements, red dots, that are on this drawing. The internal notices are not displayed on an external PDF.

In addition to placing elements on a drawing, you can also add texts for selected paragraphs/sections [via audio or manual input], which can later be inserted into an MS Word document from the dashboard with one mouse click. This unique functionality saves a lot of time because texts specified on location no longer have to be manually added to the document or cut and pasted.

Explanation Dashboard

In the dashboard you can add projects and drawings such as overview drawings, construction drawings, etc. to a project. You can also specify standard elements such as fire detectors, smoke detectors, etc. You can also set standard paragraphs/sections that can be selected from the APP, where you can specify the texts that must be set for the selected paragraph/section and later can be inserted into the MS-Word document.
